Value-Added Mapping

Value Added Mapping is the system that provides the big picture — a way to see the total flow and the processes used.

A hands on experience that will improve your process performance 30%–50%. Everything, wither information, paper work, or product, flows through your organization and every step adds value or doesn’t add value. You learn how to identify and eliminate or minimize the non-value added activities.

  • Work in queue
  • Value added steps

The second step to becoming a more proficient and productive organization is Value Added Mapping. In this two day workshop you:
  • Learn to draw process maps
  • Draw a map of your current process
  • Design and draw a map of your new process
  • Determine the next steps for implementation

A two-day workshop held in your facility. The participants will spend part of their time in a classroom and part of the time in the facility drawing the current and future maps.
